VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD, since inception in 2010, have continuously been growing as a One Stop Engineering Solutions provider, have successfully won many big tenders from all the big power plant operators like TNB, KEV, Edra Energy, Powertek, Malakoff.

In the month of September 2018, it sent a vey important RM1Million value tender document from its office in Johor Bahru, through Citylink Express (M) Sdn Bhd to TNB Manjung Power Station.

The tender document reached Citylink Express courier office in Sitiawan, Perak one day before the tender closing date. However, it was not delivered, even on the next day, (tender closing day) before 12pm, despite so many follow up phone calls and talking to the person in charge of Citylink Express, Sitiawan.

Tender was delivered only at 3.40pm on the tender closing day, whereas tender closing time is 12pm, despite the distance between TNB Manjung Power Station and Citylink Express, Sitiawan office is only 15km. Irresponsible and insensitive attitude of Citylink Express (M) Sdn Bhd caused the rejection and disqualification of RM1Million tender sent by VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD to TNB Manjung Power Station.

The company emboldened with its sincereity, truth, honesty and integrity have been continuously exhibiting its courage in all its activities and it has daringly come out to take up the Citylink Express (M) Sdn Bhd to MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission) and to TTPM (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia / Tribunal for Consumer Complaints).

VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD strongly believes it will win against Citylink Express (M) Sdn Bhd and that will serve as a lesson to Citylink Express (M) Sdn Bhd.
